1)About us

Hosteller has around 12 PGs'in  Delhi NCR in areas like Kamla nagar,Shakti nagar,Karol bagh and Patel nagar .All PGs' are fully furnished with basic amenities such as 4 times meal, TV, WiFi,laundry,room cleaning,security,attached washrooms and gas supply.Every year we provide accommodation to more than 1000 students.

2)Average Rent

The average rent for these PGs' are around to 8,000 including of everything except which has to be paid according to the meter and gets divided among the roommates in case if it is not a single sharing room. exclude electricity bill.  

3)Security Deposit

Two month security deposit is to be paid in advance along with the rent of that month.Depending on the agreement signed the tenant has to inform One months prior to check out and the security gets adjusted accordingly.

4)Type of PG rooms

We have single sharing,double sharing, triple sharing, four sharing and six sharing.
